Project Management Business Partner Cabin Program (d/f/m):
located in Hamburg with a possible start date of
August 2023 (earlier/later possible).

Your location
You will be working at the largest production site for civil aircraft situated in Hamburg. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe includes the option to commute by ferry. Your tasks and responsibilities

You copilot your project leader, providing guidance and transparency to make the project a success
You structure and deploy project management processes, methods and tools
You guide the projects through the process and steering meetings
You set up and track maturity gates
You assess risks and plan respective mitigation actions
You continuously improve the ways of working and implement new methods, techniques and tools e.g. by facilitating workshops

Your boarding pass

Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Business and Project Management
First experience in Project Management at university, school or during an internship
Project management skills in agile methodology is a plus
Experience in data analytics or data science is a plus
You have a strong digitalisation mindset and the ambition to use new technologies for creating the future
You are a people person and caretaker, able to manage conflicts, motivate and challenge when needed
You are comfortable sharing issues and risks with our stakeholders

Your language skills

English at negotiation level
German is a plus

Business travels
This position involves a willingness to travel on a irregular basis (approx. 3 times/year) within Europe.
