Are you someone who enjoys storytelling and using your creativity to engage others? The Communication Transformation of Industry (CM TI) team is currently looking for a new member to join us on our Employee Engagement journey at Transformation of Industry.

As a vital team member, your day will consist of crafting compelling narratives, coordinating with various stakeholders, and managing projects that resonate with our team.


  • You will start your week with a team round up to align priorities, and then dive right into creating content, planning campaigns, or measuring the impact of recent initiatives. Expect to work in a fastpaced environment where your ability to adapt and your proactive attitude will be as essential as your morning coffee. In return, you will join a fantastic team that supports one another, encourages stepping outside of your comfort zone, and embraces change and agility. You will be given support at every step and the opportunity to dive deep into the fascinating businesses of TI.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Craft compelling stories and messages that resonate with diverse audiences, ensuring clarity, consistency, and creativity across all channels
  • Lead crossfunctional project teams, ensuring timely delivery of communication initiatives with a clear focus on objectives and outcomes
  • Measure the effectiveness of communication strategies and campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to our customers
  • Champion a positive and collaborative work environment, contributing to team success.
  • Supporting our Townhall Team and developing messaging for Anne-Laure de Chammard for her regional and IMBfocused site visits
  • Other projects may include: Support for our TI Hydrogen Day in Berlin this June (part of the Energy Sphere Event), Support writing and gathering input for the monthly TI Bulletin newsletter, Support our Business Conference or any other of the fantastic projects we have going on

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business administration, Communications, Journalism or equivalent education
  • 5+ years of experience in communications, with a strong focus on internal communications
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and a passion for quality
  • Strong project management abilities, with a track record of leading projects to successful completion on time and within budget
  • A collaborative spirit and teamoriented approach, with experience fostering teamwork and building relationships across various functions and teams
  • A commitment to continuous learning and growth, staying abreast of industry trends and standard processes in employee engagement
