Your tasks- Work with the L&D team on improving HR processes- Produce and deliver E-Learning content- Methodical and didactical structure of the training contents- Support in technical development of Learning Management System (LMS)- Provide administrative support

Profile:

University studies (pedagogy, adult education or similar)
Excellent communication skills across all levels
Selforganized and structured working style
Ability to work as a team member as well as independently
Handson mentality and highly motivated to take up responsibility and to complete assignments in a timely manner
Fluent oral and written English
Knowledge in authoring tools / knowledge of methodology/didactics for the design of training courses is an asset
Technology enthusiasts are welcome
