What you'll do
Project support for procurement projects within the COO office such as:

  • Set up of supplier enablement team and processes
  • Support systems and tooling with system setup and data extraction
  • Support process definition and documentation
  • Review exception and spend council requests, and validate against policy and temporary restrictions
  • Data quality verification and reporting

What you bring

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: Business, IT, Organizational Psychology, Economical Engineering
  • Computer skills: experience with SAP systems and tooling, MS Office
  • Language skills: English proficient, ideally also German. Any additional languages a plus
  • Soft skills: Digital native, enjoys to organize, curious, interested in learning new skills,
  • Others: ideally prior work experience
