You will make an impact in the following way:

  • First Level Produkt-Support in Deutsch & Englisch via Telefon und E-Mail
  • Nach entsprechender Einarbeitung Second Level Produkt-Support
  • Telefonische Betreuung und Unterstützung der Kunden bei der Inbetriebnahme und dem Betrieb unserer Software
  • Je nach Notwendigkeit Remoteunterstützung zum Troubleshooting Pflege der Tickets in unserem Ticketsystem
  • Erstellen und Pflegen von Knowledge Base Artikeln
  • Unterstützung der Qualitätssicherung
  • Implementierung unserer Software remote oder vor Ort beim Kunden
  • Durchführung von Schulungen unserer Vertriebspartner und Kunden

What you will bring:

Studium/Ausbildung - Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker oder vergleichbar

Berufserfahrung - in der Netzwerktechnik, mit der Konfiguration von Switches und Routern, SNMP

Vorteilhafte Kenntnisse - Debian Linux, Microsoft AD und RADIUS/PKI/CA

Consulting - Idealerweise bringst du bereits Erfahrungen im Consulting und in der Projektführung mit

Persönlichkeit - Analytisches Denkvermögen, eine strukturierte sowie selbstständige Arbeitsweise, hohe Servicebereitschaft und Kundenorientierung

Sprachkenntnisse - Fließend Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
