Discover your exciting role:


  • As part of our dynamic Corporate Controlling Team, you can take over a key role in measuring the performance of our subsidiaries across the world. Also be responsible for management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cost controlling. We're looking for an enthusiastic team member who finds new ways of thinking and has an innovative vision for integrating our systems.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities:


  • Preparation of analyses to Management Board focused on selling, general and administrative costs (SG&A) on entity level
  • Preparation and extension of the global monthly SG&A cost tracking. Analysis of the groupwide SG&A cost centers and the development of the headcount numbers. Implementation of controlling measures to reduce the SG&A costs
  • Participation in the further development of the reporting and controlling processes as well as implementation of new requirements of the board in the reporting systems
  • Creation of the monthly SG&A reporting to the Management Board
  • Participation in the month end and year end closing, as well as the Budget and Forecast planning on regional level. Consolidation of the group key figures
  • Support of the regional controlling departments through definition and verification of reporting standards
  • Contact person for the Exyte entities, as well as the Global Business Units, in case of any questions related to reporting or controlling processes
  • Ensuring the quality of the project reporting through plausibility checks and project evaluation
  • Preparation of ad hoc analyses and special projects for Senior Vice President Controlling and the Management Board

Show your expertise:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business studies with focus on controlling
  • Several years of professional experience in controlling, preferably at an international industrial company
  • Very good skills of MS Office and common PCprograms (Excel, Power Point, Office 365, Tagetik)
  • Knowledge of SAP FI/CO is beneficial
  • Analytical thinking, very good conceptual skills and numerical understanding
  • High degree of independence, personal responsibility and team skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in German and English in spoken and written language
