Chapter Lead Learning & Development ():


Your responsibilities:


  • As Chapter Lead, you will be the disciplinary leader of the Chapter, focusing on coaching and development of your team members and the recruitment of new Chapter members
  • You define standards, guidelines and best practices for the chapter and are responsible for the design and development of the chapter identity
  • In coordination with the Tribe Lead, you will staff the squads and work closely with Product Owners and Tribe Lead to define priorities and focus for the different roles
  • You exemplify an innovative mindset and act as a technical coach for chapter members
  • You actively contribute your expertise in Talent and Development and work in one of the squads up to 50 % of your working time.
  • You play a key role in the design and execution of various programs and processes that support ista's development strategy
  • You continuously improve talent development programs by identifying talent needs, skill gaps, and development opportunities and design and oversee the implementation of learning and development programs that address these skill gaps and enhance employee capabilities
  • You leverage various learning methodologies, including workshops, elearning, coaching, and mentoring, to cater to diverse learning styles
  • You develop and implement strategies to support employees' career growth within the organization

Your background:


  • Your experience in leading teams is characterized by a coachoriented leadership style
  • With your strong communication skills, you always manage to win others over and inspire them across all hierarchical levels
  • You have extensive experience in talent development, learning and development, or a related field, with a track record of successful program design and implementation
  • You have knowledge of relevant technologies, tools and working methods, and ideally have experience in an agile work environment
  • You have a high willingness to learn and change
  • You have strong analytical skills as well as your pragmatic and actionoriented way of working
  • You have excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align talent development efforts with organizational goals
  • Datadriven orientation, capable of using analytics to make informed decisions
  • Familiarity with various learning methodologies, tools, and technologies
