We are currently looking for motivated
Customer Service Representatives (M/F/d) for our Service Center in Nuremberg.


Our Team
Our team is responsible for providing high-quality services to our customers in the financial and banking sector. We help and support each other, maintaining a friendly and constructive environment. This allows us to ensure that we can provide the best assistance to our customers' customers.


As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities at our Service Center include:

  • Providing phone support to potential and existing customers from renowned clients in the banking sector
  • Independently resolving and handling customer inquiries, correspondence, and other processes (e.g., from account opening to closure)

You are the right fit for us if you:

  • Have experience in customer support and back-office tasks
  • Have strong communication skills and are a team player
  • Demonstrate a high level of customer service orientation and enjoy interacting with customers
  • Enjoy making phone calls and understand the importance of a good conversation
  • Have good German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Possess basic computer skills (e.g., MS Office)

Not required, but a plus:


  • Completed commercial education
  • Previous experience in the banking sector
  • Basic knowledge of English
