This role can be based anywhere in Germany. The role requires flexibility to travel to the different locations on a regular basis (Hügelsheim, Leipzig, Gräfelfing, Berlin, Chemnitz and Freiburg).**Our business is thriving and growing rapidly, HR is also rapidly transforming. Straumann Group is going through an HR Model and Technology evolution at a global level, and we are looking for a forward-looking transformation leader to lead organizational readiness, coordinate resources, communicate the change and drive adoption. We require a change agent who has led change in a complex matrix environment, to ensure we manage the transformation, and seek global adoption to the evolving HR model and service offering. We are looking for a strong lead in change management related to process, technology, roles and responsibilities leveraging strong project management and communication skills.


As
HR Business Partner & HR Transformation Lead &, Germany, you will be at the core seeking to understand, align, design and drive the transformation of the HR Operating Model across different German entities and business organziations.

Working in partnership with senior Business and HR Leaders, you will seek to understand the current state, design project plans, create roadmaps, and drive implementation of prioritized HR initiatives in Germany.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate, customer-oriented individual with strong data / analytical and communication skills. You should be experienced in managing complex and high impact Business and/or HR projects.

The position reports to the Head of People & Culture EMEA with the following main tasks:


  • Lead OneGermany HR project and its implentation across all brands and entities
  • Develop a change timeline, deliverables and a detailed communication plan focussed on those groups of people that will be impacted by any change
  • Ensure appropriate training is developed and deployed for various HR processes, and constantly updated ensuring that all parties are aware, accept and know their responsibilities during the change.
  • Collaborate with the HR process owners to ensure training is developed and delivered
  • Provide recommendations and solutions, based on data, translating into business value and outcomes
  • Seek counteractions quickly to address plan gaps, remove obstacles and redirect efforts as needed in collaboration with the Project team
  • Perform and update project risk analysis, enforces compliance to regulations and internal processes
  • Monitor progress of the transformation and key project initiatives. Develop and implement a standard set of metrics and KPIs to measure the adoption of the transformation, both during and post roll out
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, taking into consideration communication, change needs and ensuring appropriate engagement for all levels of the organization
  • Drive the people & culture agenda as HR Business Partner for dedicted business units and functions

Qualifications

  • Degree qualified (or equivalent experience) with at least 7+ years work experience in project management, in an HR environment. Experience managing processes and programs and working across matrix entities / structures / functions
  • Project Management experience in organizational and digital tranformation, building HR Shared Services
  • Ideally experienced with cloud based HR solutions and command of common PM methodlogies would be beneficial (design thinking, LEAD, Agile, etc)
  • Good understanding of German labor law and experience collaborating with work councils
  • Energetic, resultdriven with strong analytical, listening, execution abilities and customer centric mindset
  • Strong communication and training skills in an international environment
  • Strategic & tactical stakeholders management and influencing skills
  • Business level proficiency in English and German is required
