Major global brand in visual content creation and marketplace space is looking to hire a German speaking HR professional to join their HR BP Team.


The role


This position plays a pivotal role in providing business partner support for different teams and specific expertise for DACH market.

Your responsibilities

  • Looking after the employment process on DACH Market
  • Providing an advice on German employment law practices
  • Participating in planning and facilitating onboarding and other employee programs
  • Partnering with different stakeholders and managers, advising on retention, performance management, salary review, employee engagement, training, diversity and inclusion, employee relations
  • Looking after the compliance with local German employment laws

Your profile

  • 1 year plus (at least) of experience as a HR Business Partner
  • Experience in working with Worker's councils
- (ideally) you have a degree in HR Management or related field/educational experience

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluent German and English speaker
