SUMMARY OF ROLE
Der Bereich Operation ist verantwortlich für die Durchführung, Steuerung und Optimierung unserer Geschäftsprozesse entlang der Wertschöpfungskette.
Aktuell suchen wir Unterstützung im Bereich des indirekten Einkaufs. Hier wärst du mitverantwortlich für die Durchführung des Tagesgeschäfts, übernimmst standortbezogene Projekte und koordinierst Dienstleistungen am Standort MG. Zusätzlich würdest du den Manager Einkauf dabei unterstützen ein Vertragsmanagement aufzubauen. Dazu gehört die Sichtung und Analyse aller Verträge des Unternehmens und die Entwicklung entsprechender Tools zur Überwachung dieser Verträge.
PRINCIPLE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Anfragen und Beschaffen von Teilen und Komponenten für unser Fullfillment Center
• Erstellung von Anfragen und Durchführung von Preisvergleichen
• Führung von Rabattverhandlungen bei Projekten
• Allgemeine Bestellabwicklung bzw. Sachbearbeitung im Bereich indirekter Einkauf
• Regelmäßige Planung der Lagerprodukte / Kanban
• Abstimmung von Lieferterminen und Liefermengen
• Kontinuierliche Überwachung der Liefersituation und ggf. Veranlassung von geeigneten Aktionen zur Lösung von vorhersehbaren Engpässen
• Prüfung von Auftragsbestätigungen und Einleitung geeigneter Maßnahmen bei Unstimmigkeiten
• Kommunikation mit Lieferanten
• Klärung von Reklamationen
• Prüfung der Lieferantenrechnungen
• Langfristige Lieferantenplanung für ausgewählte Produkte
• Anlage von Lieferanten
• Pflege der Lieferantendatei
• Organisation/Verwaltung lieferantenbezogener Unterlagen und Verträge
• Umsetzung der Zielvorgaben in der Einkaufsabteilung
• Koordinierung von Dienstleistungen am Standort Mönchengladbach, sofern diese über den ind. Einkauf beauftragt wurden
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
• Erfahrung im Bereich Einkauf
• Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Sicherer Umgang mit dem MS Office Paket
