Operational Purchaser (gn).

Job duties and responsibilities:

Check and RFQ for parts according to drawing, standard material, assemblies, and services according to the requirements of the departments
Self dependent creation of PO for indirect and direct material up to PO based on purchase requisitions.
Clarification of the quality requirements and technical designs with suppliers and departments Independent development of methods for optimizing the overview of incoming requests. Creation of price levels for items or entire groups of items Daily execution of order proposals and orders with SAP, taking into account existing framework contracts.
Check of supplier order confirmation and update in SAP system
Monitoring of supplier purchases orders (delivery dates, prices, OCs), reminder and message with schedule changes.
Support of strategic purchasing
Close communication and organization with other departments (e.g. Order desk, Design, Field Service)

Qualification and experience:

Strong purchasing experience and professional communication skills
Deep technical understanding (reading of drawings, assemblies)
Experience with SAP-ERP (MM) system and Excel on the job
Ability to build strong and solid networks within an international business
Must be fluent in English and German, both verbally and written
