Area of work:


Your responsibilities:


  • Actively support the further improvement and maintain overview of ECAG's IT-Governance, considering regulation and Governance standards e.g. COBIT, ITIL.
  • Regularly review IT process landscape, and legal inventory for ECAG IT.
  • Perform controls, measure and maintain KPIs as part of the 1 LoD.
  • Plan, execute, and document monitoring and control activities related to IT and Information Security Governance, including reporting to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate improvements with different internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain an overview of product of Clearing and Risk IT organisation, IT and nonIT assets relevant for IT asset management processes, including stakeholders & interfaces to group's IT, Information Security, BCM, Outsourcing, Information Security projects as well as monitoring processes of suppliers for IT.
  • Maintain an overview and understanding of information & physical security internal and external regulatory and international standard requirements (BaFin MaRisk/BAIT, DORA and BSI related, ISO 2700x).
  • Perform controls related to information security services and related to information resilience and trigger improvements.

Your profile:


  • You have completed your university degree in Information Technology, IT
  • Governance and/or Information Security or comparable qualification.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional work experience in the field of compliance or governance.
  • You already gained work experience or are excited about achieving expertise in one or several areas of: IT Governance, IT Compliance, information security, information risk management, IT process standards (ITIL, COBIT etc.), process automation.
  • Strong writing, conceptual, analytical and methodological skills
  • You own good analytical skills, intercultural competence and a handson mentality.
  • A resultoriented working method in a team is appreciated.
  • You own high commitment and dedication, combined with high degree of selforganization.
  • Good communication skills are appreciated.
  • Good planning, prioritisation and tracking skills are appreciated.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English; German language skills will be an asset.
