Team Lead Quality Assurance (f/m/d) Lommatzsch

Taking responsibility for food safety, carrying out or accompanying audits and training at the plant
Monitoring, inspecting and developing measures to improve processes, to meet our quality standards
Working closely with colleagues from other departments and production, as well as external contacts, to ensure the best possible results and continuous improvement, thus contributing to the harmonisation of our processes across all plants.
Leading the team on site and supporting or leading international projects for quality improvement or digitalisation.

THESE ARE THE INGREDIENTS YOU NEED

A degree in food technology, ecotrophology or comparable apprenticeship
High level of selfmotivation, ability to work in a team and initial leadership experience
Professional experience in quality assurance in a producing company and with IFS certification ideally in the food / vegetable sector
Successful leadership of various projects
Solution orientation, assertiveness, flexibility and digital affinity
High interest in food such as vegetables and dishes. Ideally the relevant commodity knowledge and / or analytical knowledge in the vegetable sector
Good communication skills in German and English as well as willingness to travel for occasional audits and visits to other plants
