our tasks

You will develop and manage the KPI management process for the global Service LPS organization
You will be responsible for the strategic development and global implementation of the reporting landscape for Service Idea to Cash
You will coordinate data collection and create global reports for defined key figures
You will start initiatives to establish new key figures that are used to measure and visualize operational and process performance
You will support the management in the use of key figures as a control tool and their interpretation
You will initiate measures for process improvement on a global level (including Lean Six Sigma methods) and participate in the implementation of measures (including business process change requests)

Your qualifications

You have a successfully completed degree in the field of economics, engineering or equivalent
You have first professional experience in project coordination or project management
You have experience with analytics tools (SAP, Tableau, BW, Celonis) and survey tools (Delighted)
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methods is desirable
You have strong analytical and assertiveness skills as well as a high affinity for change processes
Your profile is rounded off by fluent English skills. Knowledge of German is a plus
