Custody and Clearing - Securities Services

Your key responsibilities

Support the Business team in translating the business requirements into technical models, refine stories, design solutions, and ensure that technical teams have the necessary guidance to proceed with any development work
Define and evolve the architecture of the components you are working on and contribute to architectural decisions at a department and bankwide level.
Ensure that the software you and the team deliver is reliable and easy to support in production. Be prepared to take your turn on call providing 3rd line support when it's needed
Help your team to build, test, and release software within short lead times and with a minimum of waste. Work to develop and maintain a highly automated Continuous Delivery pipeline
Understanding the endtoend product life cycle and being the key contact for various stakeholders to gather their requirements and analyse their impact on the various upstream and downstream processes.

Your skills and experiences

Strong expertise in functional analysis and requirement engineering. Experience with documentation tools like Confluence / SharePoint and Agile tools like JIRA is a plus.
Exposure to working in an Agile environment writing user stories, assisting in Sprint planning, maintaining, and tracking requirements throughout their life cycle (analysis, development, testing, deployment).
Understanding of various technical aspects of the system architecture and data visualisation / dashboarding and reporting skills. Also handson programming knowledge skills (Java, SQL, Oracle DB).
Ability to communicate efficiently with technical and business stakeholders and being able to productively communicate with all profiles in a multidisciplinary team.
