Your Responsibilities:


  • Lead sales activities for CE and DIY channels in the designated region of Germany.
  • Develop existing and new channels to enhance the accessibility of Reolink products in the assigned area.
  • Negotiate, plan and monitor sales activities.
  • Ensure a strong retail presence and execution.
  • Conduct training activities.
  • Analyse market and competitor landscape.
  • Prepare management reports and presentations.

Qualifications:


  • 13 years of experience in field sales, particularly in CE, especially Buying Groups (mandatory), and DYI channels (a plus).
  • Existing network in CE, especially Buying Groups, at the decisionmaker level or comparable.
  • Professional experience with consumer electronics products.
  • Fluent in German and advanced in English (both written and spoken).
  • Entrepreneurial, selfresponsible, and proactive working style.
  • Willingness to travel with a Class B driver's license.
