Your Responsibilities:
- Lead sales activities for CE and DIY channels in the designated region of Germany.
- Develop existing and new channels to enhance the accessibility of Reolink products in the assigned area.
- Negotiate, plan and monitor sales activities.
- Ensure a strong retail presence and execution.
- Conduct training activities.
- Analyse market and competitor landscape.
- Prepare management reports and presentations.
Qualifications:
- 13 years of experience in field sales, particularly in CE, especially Buying Groups (mandatory), and DYI channels (a plus).
- Existing network in CE, especially Buying Groups, at the decisionmaker level or comparable.
- Professional experience with consumer electronics products.
- Fluent in German and advanced in English (both written and spoken).
- Entrepreneurial, selfresponsible, and proactive working style.
- Willingness to travel with a Class B driver's license.
