Change and Engagement Lead - Hamburg - Hybrid (2-3 days/week in office).


Our client, a listed Medtech company that is driven by its passion for customer-focused solutions within the medical, life science, and industrial sectors is looking for a
Change and Engagement Lead. Form part of a diverse global IT team within a company that is passionate about people and keeping society safe with products that diagnose, prevent, and treat illnesses.

The level of the
Change and Engagement Lead is flexible, but experience in a
lead role within a communication engagement and change function which includes change management execution, brand awareness engagement, and staff management would be ideal.


As the
Change and Engagement Lead you will form part of a global IT team of 650 employees across 5 regions working closely with the HR department to ensure employee engagement, change management implementation, talent management, and succession planning.

You as the
Change and Engagement Lead will manage the communication agenda this includes acting as the focal point for the design, approval, and publishing of all global IT communications.

As the
Change and Engagement Lead you will ensure employee engagement across the global IT workforce by delivering employee engagement initiatives.


You as the
Change and Engagement Lead will direct and guide robust performance management and development processes and champion the organizations adaptability and ability to change.

As the
Change and Engagement Lead you will oversee the development, evolution, and rollout of a digital learning curriculum across the team and be responsible for overall people management within change and engagement.


Requirements:


  • Min years of experience:
  • 5+ years in
    an IT function
:


  • 7+ years in a lead role within a communication engagement and change function.
  • 10+ years in managing staff including work reviews, performance reviews, etc
  • Working knowledge or experience in the following:

  • Change management: communication, planning, implementation, support:
-


Engagement Management:
employee engagement initiatives, communication engagement, employee experience, brand awareness engagement
:

-
People management: work review, performance reviews, day-to-day coaching, etc

Beneficial:

-
Experience within the Medical industry, either in a consulting company or directly in a life science healthcare Company.

Note. The level is slightly flexible so if you're slightly less or more experienced as a
Change and Engagement Lead please do reach out.


Salary - (neg) + Christmas bonus + profit share of up to 5% + 30 days holiday

Location - Hamburg - Hybrid, negotiable (2-3 days/week in office).

Duration - Permanent.
