  • The Internship takes place in the ALM & Funding Department of HVB, which is responsible for Liquidity & Funding Management and Asset-Liability Management (ALM) of HVB. You will support the team Liquidity Management & Financial Planning, which is responsible for the monitoring and reporting of HVB's liquidity position (economic and regulatory view) and carrying out the financial planning of the bank; furthermore you will support with the analysis of Treasury P&L and with adhoc requests from topmanagement.

What you can expect from us:


  • Support the reporting and analysis of HVB's overall liquidity position, daily Treasury P&L and the development of asset liability structure
  • Involvement in ongoing project tasks and support in preparing business requirements
  • Support in the preparation of presentations for operative meetings and of adhoc requests from topmanagement

What we expect from you:


  • Study in business sciences and/or mathematics
  • Very good to good academic achievement, preferably in the field of banking & finance
  • Interest in economic topics
  • Very good written and spoken English
  • Comfortable using MS Office
  • Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Targetoriented and structured manner of working
  • High affinity for numbers and keen perception
