Job Description:

You will play a key role in creating and executing events that exceed expectations and leave a lasting impression.

From private dinners to corporate galas, you will ensure every detail is perfect, every moment is magical, and every guest is delighted and remembers the days spent with you and the team.

You come with a big smile, electrifying passion for the culinary arts, you are a foodie, a talent for theatrics, and a dedication to the art of hospitality where in you set memorable accents whilst respecting and including the ongoing F&B operation.

You'll bring a touch of glamour to every event, captivating guests with your charming personality, impeccable explanations of taste and actively serve indulgent culinary entertainment highlights; especially when the catering teams need that extra support and individual touch with key client groups.

Greeting guests with style and flair, creating a memorable first impression.
Overseeing the dining experience with charm and elegance, making guests feel special and well taken care of.
Making recommendations for food and drink pairings, based on guests' preferences and the menu.
Handling VIP guests and special requests with discretion and finesse.
Managing waitstaff with flair and authority, inspiring them to provide excellent service.
Maintaining a positive and upbeat attitude, even in challenging situations

Qualifications:

A master of the art of hospitality, with a natural talent for making people feel welcome and appreciated.
Experienced in the field of fine dining, with a deep understanding of food and beverage pairing, service etiquette, and customer psychology.
Skilled in the art of conversation, able to engage with guests from all walks of life and make them feel at ease.
A natural leader, able to inspire and motivate staff to provide exceptional service and exceed expectations.
A visionary with a creative spirit, able to design and execute events and experiences that are truly unforgettable.
A lover of life and all its pleasures, with a passion for hospitality and what comes with it
