Our international and multilingual Munich team is looking for an Accountant (M/F/d) Iberia to support our European Headquarter in Munich, Germany and whose primary responsibility will be to service and support our Spanish Finance Team.


  • Support to the Finance Manager for all processes and activities related to the accounting of general ledger, account receivables and account payables.
  • Support on credit collection, dunning process, payment flow and customer management in terms of credit scoring and limits.
  • Support in the execution of monthend and yearend closings according to internal and external regulations. This includes preparation of monthly and annual statements and reports.
  • Booking of bank transactions and performing necessary reconciliations on bank and Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable subledger.
  • Support on processes and activities related to the accounting of GL, AR and AP.
  • Stock reconciliations, statistics (INE, Ecoembes), accruals, taxes and other finance and administrative tasks.
  • KA ́s management (ECI, Amazon)
  • Respond as reliable and competent contact person for other departments (Customer Service, Sales Team, Retail, Marketing) and external parties like local advisors, tax authorities, customers and auditors.

What you bring:


  • Finance, Economics or Business and Management education, ideally from a Spanish University.
  • Spanish and English full proficiency.
  • MS Office skills (especially Excel).
  • Minimum of 23 years' experience on similar roles. Ideally +4 years.
  • Team spirit and good communication skills.
  • Eager to learn and work in Finance/Accounting.
  • Proactivity and capacity to work independently.
  • Analytical mindset and commitment to achieve.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitasking and meet deadlines.
