For one of our valuable multinational clients we look for aHuman Resources Assistant (M/F/D) for Frankfurt/Main with minimum 4 years of experience on a temporary contract basis.
Tasks
- Arranging interviews and tests and accompanying applicants to tests and interviews;
- Processing recruitment related expenses and closing the campaigns/archiving the related documentation;
- General administrative tasks.
Requirements:
Education:
Computer skills:
- Excellent knowledge/experience with MS Office, in particular Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Excellent experience with document management systems (e.g. Open Text).
- Excellent knowledge/experience with an Application Tracking System.
Language skills:
- Fluent in English (C1 or C2 level required)
- Good knowledge in other EU Languages is considered as an advantage
Start date: 13/04/2023
End date: 9 months, extensions possible
