Are you interested in marketing/sales processes and data-based standardization and marketing activation? Would you like to contribute to the strategic development of Experience Center at Mercedes-Benz and customer orientation is your top priority in your work?

Then the advertised mandatory internship in our team is just right for you


The Mercedes Benz Experience Center (MB.EC), has a goal an holistic marketing activation program that connects all marketing related global departments and regional functions.

The aim of the MB.EC program is to deliver a world-class luxury customer experience across the globe, to create one voice of luxury, to ensure efficient and effective delivery, to upskill the capabilities and to support in delivering against efficiency targets.


You will work in close collaboration between global and regional marketing experts, with the main goal of support the Program Management of the MB.EC.


Besides that, you will support the team of Customer Feedback and deep dive in the topics of customer rating measurement along the online and offline touchpoints.

You will get insights on the feedback collection methodology, customer insights and data analysis. You will learn to work with customer feedback and integrate it along the customer journey.

**From your new role, you can expect: - High involvement and responsibility for preparation and participation in workshops (e.g. topic specific presentations and brainstorming boards)

  • You will support the implementation of the Program Management of the Experience Center in collaboration with our agency and internal stakeholders
  • Independent, contentrelated collaboration with the defined Swarms/Initiatives
  • Analysis and creation of report for the steering of the program
  • High involvement and support for customer survey topics and analysis of customer feedback
  • Working on monthly management and region reports and customer insights
  • A great working culture and the atmosphere combined with the advantages of a large international corporation
  • A flexible and agile working environment in intercultural and interdisciplinary teams
  • Great freedom of design and short decisionmaking processes

Qualifikationen:


  • Studying degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing Communication, Business Informatics, Economics or a comparable course of study
  • Very good knowledge of English (fluent in spoken and written), knowledge of German and other languages are a big advantage
  • Safe handling of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of project management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Mural) is an advantage
  • Understanding of the customer insights and data analysis
