Are you studying in the natural sciences, are you interested in clinical studies and would you like to take a look behind the scenes of an international healthcare company while you are still studying? Then support our team from October 2023 Our quality assurance team of clinical studies is responsible for conducting audits including subsequent reporting and tracking of measures, advising and training the project teams, maintaining overviews of ongoing clinical studies and also managing the global study archive.

As a working student, we offer you the opportunity to gain deep insights into the quality assurance in the context of clinical studies.

You will get to know regulatory as well as internal requirements, you will work on lists independently and you will assist us in preparing various reports.

In addition, you will take part in audits and learn how to take notes and write reports. Our broad range of tasks will give you insights into all areas of a clinical study.

Your Challenge in Detail

You will actively participate in GCP audits and prepare the corresponding audit reports
Your exciting and responsible tasks will also include assisting with vendor management in collaboration with the project managers and helping with risk management in the context of clinical studies
In addition, you will actively support the team in filing and archiving documents and independently maintain lists

Your Competence is in Demand

Current fulltime studies in natural sciences
Very good English (written and spoken)
Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Good prioritization skills
High level of selfmotivation
Good ability to work in a team
