YOUR FUTURE ROLE

As a Services Architecture Expert (f/m/d), you will be
responsible for building the business and technology scenarios, which will allow the customer to decide on the most appropriate
Data Management and Landscape Transformation (DMLT) approaches from the array of existing SAP Solutions (On premise / private or public or SAP cloud / hybrid / Partner-solutions options) in an efficient way.

You will consult the customers on all types of DMLT Services available, with the ultimate goal of building the path into a digitized future for them, focusing on our latest technology as well as our entire portfolio of Services and Solutions.

Your main tasks are:

Assess the as-is situation as well as the business goals of the customer and provide a structured transformation path towards an integrated IT-Landscape as well as the relevant operational approach required for the data transformation activities. Validate and optimize the approach for maximum customer success.

Translate the desired IT end-state scenario of the customer into actionable project steps for the transformation work.

Maintain key relationships with Business Leaders (including but not limited to Chief Information Officer) of the customer in order to jointly design the IT end-state and required Services / Solutions to be implemented.

Coordinate with the different Services roles within the company (Consultants, Project Managers, etc) as well as Development and Sales organization where appropriate the delivery of the resources to implement the customer's road-maps.

Clarify existing expectations from various stakeholders with the customer, especially in very difficult cases; creates a path to solution which integrates diverse points of views and which serves as a starting point for future business. Collaborates with customer / SAP team for the best possible implementation.

Manage Projects, define deliverables and provide definitive advice and interpretation of situation

Ensure business critical and innovation results:

Manage escalations appropriately
Ensure that goals and milestones are met and approved budgets are managed appropriately
Initiate Success Stories / Customer Reference

YOUR PROFILE

University degree (Bachelor/Master) or equivalent relevant job experience
Minimum 10 years (preferably international) SAP consulting experience, SAP DMLT tools and methodology and/or data migration/conversion experience
Functional expertise in at least one module of SAP S/4HANA (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP/PM/QM) is a must
Relevant SAP Technology experience, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) is a plus
Process integration know how for essential business processes like Lead2Cash, Procure2Pay, Design2Operate or Hire2Retire is a strong asset
Proven track in Clevel communication
Excellent communication and moderation skills, strong team spirit
Deep knowledge of project management skills
PMI, Six Sigma or equivalent certification is a benefit
Business fluent English is required, German language is a plus

Fasttrack data migration and (selective) transition to the Intelligent Enterprise Suite (IES) (SAP S/4HANA cloud, SAP S/4HANA, BW/4, C4/H, SuccessFactors, SAP Data Intelligence and more)
Manage business challenges that come with mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures
Optimization of processes and data, or organizational restructuring by ensuring data harmonization, data restructuring or the consolidation of system landscapes
Improve management of data from strategy to execution, with the focus on data quality, data privacy, data volume and lifecycle, data integration, and master data management
