We are looking for a Senior Mechanic (M/F/d) GT3 to be part of customer motorsport team in Cologne, Germany.

Your tasks:

- build up race cars to highest standards and in a methodical and consistent manner while respecting agreed deadlines
- be responsible to control race car preparation and modifications at the Workshop(s) in addition on race tracks
- keep accurate records of all car lifed parts fitted and replaced during all events
- as part of the Customer Motorsport Team travel to races and tests to support a successful on-track performance of the race cars
- report reliability issues, record them and seek solutions with engineering teams
- have a recognised apprenticeship (preferably in mechanics or similar) or experience to equivalent depth in a motorsport industry
- show several years of experience as Chief/Mechanic on GT3 race cars
- have the ability to work to the highest standards and to tight deadlines
- be confident with good interpersonal & communication skills (verbal & written)
- show a flexible approach to working hours and extensive travel as well as the ability to perform under pressure
- be comfortable travelling to international destinations for work
