- Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich die Kommunikation mit unseren Mandanten im Rahmen großer Buchhaltungsprojekte
- Als Dreh- und Angelpunkt für die Kommunikation betreust Du die Eingangspostfächer für unsere Mandanten und dokumentierst alle einkommenden Anfragen
- In Abstimmung mit unseren Kolleginnen und Kollegen in den Buchhaltungsteams stellst Du eine fristgerechte und vollständige Bearbeitung aller Mandantenanfragen sicher
- Bei speziellen Fragestellungen wendest Du Dich an unsere Experten-Teams und koordinierst die Lösungsfindung mit diesen
- Du hast eine Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen und Deine relevante Berufserfahrung, die Du idealerweise in einer vergleichbaren Branche oder einem dienstleistungsorientierten Umfeld gesammelt hast, hilft Dir dabei die Aufgaben zu bewältigen
- Die Kommunikation via E-Mail und Telefon in deutscher und englischer Sprache ist für Dich kein Problem
- Durch Deine strukturierte, selbstständige, verantwortungsvolle und flexible Arbeitsweise treibst Du Themen voran
- Du verfügst bestenfalls über Erfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung bzw. kennst Dich mit den gängigen Begriffen in der Finanzbuchhaltung aus
- Aufgrund Deiner IT-Affinität setzt Du Dich gerne mit verschiedenen Software-Anwendungen und Online-Tools auseinander
- Deine Zuverlässigkeit, Dein Engagement und Deine Kommunikationsfähigkeit zeichnen Dich aus
- Du sprichst verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und gutes Englisch und arbeitest routiniert mit den gängigen MS Office Anwendungen
