You will be responsible for- Support project management engineers and contribute to project management and project planning
- Support of the organization and development of the product development process in close cooperation with other departments
- Support project management tasks for the complete product development
- Contribute to the development, implementation and optimization of department and team processes and methods
- Support of budget planning and controlling
- Preparation of management decision papers
- Research of latest automotive news and preparing reports
- Pursuing a Bachelor or Master degree in automotive, mechanical, industrialengineering or a comparable degree program
- Ideally experience with automotive industry OEM or suppliers
- Ideally knowledge of automotive industry and product development processes
- Analytical, structured and pragmatic working style
- Excellent analytical skills as well as a problem solving mentality
- Passion for cars and interest in vehicle technology
- A very good command of English. Good command of German is desirable.
- Proactive and selfmotivated attitude and strong communication skills
- Strong determination, assertiveness and ability to work in a team
- Willingness to work in an international organization
- Valid driving license B
