Your role


As Cambrium's Head of Sales - Cosmetic Ingredients, you will be an essential part of our Leadership Team, reporting directly to the CEO.

As an early employee, you will have an outsized impact, shaping the company through your experience and efforts.


The Head of Sales will manage sales activities for our vegan collagen active globally, developing and executing on strategies for delivering on company goals while building long-term, valuable relationships with our personal care customers.


What you can expect to do:

  • Develop and execute sales plans in order to achieve company goals across the globe
  • Forecasting and performance management for direct reports
  • Recruiting and training a highperformance sales team
  • Assisting with the launch of new products in the cosmetics ingredient space
  • Manage Key Accounts, maintaining existing relationships in coordination with sales representatives whilst identifying and promoting new opportunities
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on sales volume, areas of expansion, competitor activities and products
  • Meet budget in terms of topline growth and bottom line contribution
  • Represent the company at trade shows and conferences
  • Travel as required in line with company goals

Profile:


You'll be a great fit if you've:

  • Specialty chemicals background in the personal care and cosmetics industries
  • Have 5+ years of experience managing sales teams
  • Entrepreneurial and able to understand and deliver on customers needs
  • Have a proven ability to recruit, train and retain great sales talent
