YOUR TALENT:


  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law or Economic Laws
  • A general understanding of Intellectual Property Laws
  • Advanced language skills, both in spoken and written, in English and preferably German
  • Ability to work both independently and as a strong part of the Brand Protection and entire Intellectual Property team
  • Starting date: ; Duration: 6 months

YOUR MISSION:


  • Coordination of and collaboration with Customs, Police and other Law Enforcement Authorities in Germany and further selected countries, to fight counterfeiting and IP infringement
  • Conducting of Law Enforcement trainings in selected countries
  • Management and maintenance of EUIPO's (European Union Intellectual Property Office) IPEP database and ZGR's (Zentralstelle Gewerblicher Rechtsschutz) zgronline database
  • Management, maintenance, and development of PUMA's IP enforcement case management database "iptrac"
  • Support in the field of online monitoring and enforcement (elimination of fraudulent websites, social medias, marketplaces, and mobile apps)
