For our client - the Hempel Group is a leader in the production and sale of industrial paints, we are looking for (Junior)
Commercial Support Representative to support our Sales department and handle requests from our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Managing of the price list (in cooperation with Commercial Excellence) and documentation (ensuring adhering to Authority Matrix, archiving)
- Processing and managing quotations and specifications
- Working in CRM includes creating opportunities, creating Heets, creating Attests
- Identify and communicate sales leads in CRM
- Providing support to customers (product advices and settingup accounts)
- Ensure high level of customer master data
- Supporting and working closely on projects with Sales team
- Handling Service Level Agreements & Field Service Management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Finances, Engineering or relevant area
- Min. 2 years of experience in Customer Service or Sales Support position
- Experience in coating industry would be a plus
- Excellent English and German skills written and spoken
- Well rounded Excel Skills including Microsoft Office package
- Good CRM & ERP (D365, SAP, other databases) skills
