You record, process and manage customer orders from order entry to delivery You are responsible for the worldwide shipping process You work closely with the interfaces purchasing, sales, shipping and production and ensure that deadlines are met You are responsible for communication with colleagues, customers, transport service providers, shipping companies and external export offices You will prepare the necessary customs documents and certificates You process customs and export formalities and handle them You are responsible for processing complaints You support with administrative activities
