Scope

We are looking for a Receptionist to join our Houlihan Lokey office in Munich.

You will ideally be available immediately, and able to work 15-20 hours a week including the hours from , Monday to Friday.

You will also provide holiday coverage for approximately 6 weeks of the year, by prior agreement.


Responsibilities:

As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Greeting and providing support to all visitors/guests, as well as the preparation and follow-up of meetings
  • Answering and forwarding incoming telephone calls, oral and written correspondence in German and English to our colleagues
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail as well as mail and courier deliveries
  • Maintenance of our Salesforce database
  • Daily cleaning of the coffee machines and the associated office kitchens
  • Supporting colleagues with adhoc tasks as needed (e.g. binding presentations)
Basic Qualifications

  • Fluent written & oral German language skills and a good command of English
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to have a flexible work schedule
  • Prior experience in assistant/PA role is desirable
