We are looking to hire a
Assistenz Research & Innovation (f/m/d) for our site in Saalfeld / Thüringen

Summary

In this role you will interact effectively with a variety of disciplines elaborating documentation and pushing workflows as well as organizing workshops, meetings, clinical trials, hospital visits for internal and external attendees.

In additions you will be responsible for overseeing purchasing activities, track expenses and budget balance for innovation group. Furthermore you will effectively contribute basic technical knowledge and skills to a variety of innovation projects within relevant discipline.

Your Task

Plan details of assigned tasks within specific parameters. Organize data and prepare relevant documentation for assigned projects. Write and issue reports with mínimal guidance.
Support and attend testing activities within a variety of innovation projects. Maintain and develop partnerships being first point of contact.
Employ appropriate techniques and methods to successfully conduct specific assignments within negotiated deadlines after receiving general instruction.
Develop knowledge and understanding of GxP and related regulations and guidance.

Your Profile:

Possess relevant laboratory/technical, writing, and computer skills.
Fluent English in written and spoken.
Strong ability to work in a team environment appropriately supporting others.
Distinctive soft skills, able to motivate and convince contributing departments.
Self motivated and takes personal responsibility for getting the job done.
Ability to organize and clearly communicate information.
Understand importance of project schedules and impact of not achieving milestones.
Able to adapt to shifting priorities.
Ability to demonstrate critical thinking and problem solving.
