- Führen und dokumentieren des Entwicklungsprozesses für Kühlsysteme für Batteriemodule und -packs für die neu kommenden BEV-Plattformen unserer erstklassigen Kunden wie VW, Porsche und BMW
- Technische Verantwortung der gesamten Bauteilfunktionen unserer hoch innovativen MPDB-Kühlsysteme vom Konzept bis zur Serie
- Agieren als wichtiger Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden (m/w/d) und Entwicklungspartner (m/w/d)
- Eigenständiges planen von Projekten
- Abstimmung lokaler und globaler Projektteams, unter anderem im Bereich der Konstruktion, Simulation, Einkauf und sonstigen relevanten Schnittstellen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Universitätsstudium der Ingenieurwissenschaften im Bereich Maschinenbau, Werkstofftechnik, Produktentwicklung oder ähnlichem
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im eMobility Umfeld, Erfahrungen in der Entwicklung von thermischen fluidischen Systemen für Batterien oder Leistungselektronik-Bauelementen wünschenswert
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Beratungskompetenz, Business Orientierung und Hand-on-Mentalität
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch sowie gelegentliche Reisebereitschaft
