A Snapshot of Your Day


As a working student in Small Steam Turbines Sales Service, you will be engaged in a dynamic and diverse range of duties.


  • A key aspect of your role will revolve around the analysis of KPIs, (Quotation response time and order Entry). This analysis is essential in determining suitable strategies and measures.
  • Flexibility and organizational skills are paramount in the Service sector, these skills will enable you to promptly and efficiently process requests and orders, ensuring our customers' satisfaction.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Technical clarification for customers spare parts requests
  • Support the sales team in the production and delivery of quotation (SAP / Salesforce)
  • Interactions and negotiations regarding current orders or requested quotes with both our customers and internal partners (Engineering, Order Management, Purchasing)
  • Assist with the processing of customer orders and track them throughout the fulfillment process
  • Support in the creation of process guidelines / process improvement
  • New tool development including programming

What You Bring

  • Currently pursuing studies in a technical discipline, with a focus on areas such as Mechanical Engineering, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related fields
  • Programming skills, specifically in VBA, C, or C# would be considered an advantage
  • Previous experience with SAP is highly desirable
  • Very good knowledge of German is required, as well as good written and spoken English skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and the initiative to work independently
