HR Business Partner required for new role in Frankfurt

Completed university degree, ideally in business administration with a specialisation in HR, law or psychology or comparable professional training with relevant professional experience
Several years of professional experience as a generalist in the HR area, sound specialist knowledge that can be applied as required in daytoday and project work

Knowledge of individual and collective labour law:

Very good knowledge of standard Office software and experience with HR information systems
Broad experience in project and change management: for example experience in outsourcing/experience in organisation design and restructuring
Experience in stakeholder management as well as internal or external consulting experience
Training: Experience in capability gap assessment/Experience in developing a training plan for retention
Experience in helping leaders through change particularly when it's a change that leaders are not experienced in (e.g. off shoring)
High level of service orientation, excellent communication and teamwork skills, very structured way of working, organisational talent as well as high resilience and flexibility
Influencing skills
Fluent written and spoken English
