Werkstudent HR, People Operations (w/m/d)

What you'll do:

Supporting the HR team on strategic projects.
Preparing People and OPS related reports as needed.
Assisting the People and OPS team in gathering and updating information and data.
Assisting in organizing and coordinating our People policies and procedures.
Learn about the functions of People and how they impact the organization.

Requirements:

Enrollment in a Bachelor or Master degree that last for at least another 12 months.
Strong administrative & organizational skills.
Strong analytical skills and data understanding with an eye for detail.
Experience working in an office environment is a big plus.
Fluency in English and German.
The ability to work as part of a team.
