The role

As a Team Lead Paid Social Ads (M/F/d), you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns across various platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Your responsibilities:

Own the endtoend development and implementation of effective paid social media strategies to drive targeted traffic, increase conversions, and meet campaign objectives
Manage and optimize paid social campaigns across various platforms, including and not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including creative, content, and analytics, to ensure cohesive campaign execution and alignment with overall business goals and objectives
Lead and manage a team of Paid Social Ads Specialists, providing guidance, support and mentorship

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience in managing paid social media campaigns across various platforms
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, generate insights and make datadriven decisions
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fastpaced environment with strong problemsolving skills paired with strategical and creative approach
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
