QPS Clinical Services GmbH is part of an internationally successful contract research organization in the clinical area. At our location in/near Graz we are expanding our team and we are looking for an Junior Counsel with HR responsibilities (40 hours).
Your main responsibilities:
- HR responsibilities (e.g., point of contact for HR topics, managing of employment contracts/time writing system/creation of reports etc.)
- Various inhouse counsel tasks within different legal areas
- Contract review (e.g. project contracts, collaboration contracts)
- Correspondence (English/German)
- Participation in global legal administration
Your profile:
- Responsible, precise and at the same time flexible working style
- Experience in contract review/negotiation
- Good English and German language skills
- Selforganized and structured way of working
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, filling databases)
Optional requirements:
- Legal degree
- Relevant paralegal education
- Work experience in the industry, an attorney's office or similar

For this position, based on full-time employment (40 hours per week), the gross monthly salary will be in accordance to the collective agreement and depend on the actual qualification and professional experience with the willingness of overpayment.
