About the role:
Currently, we are actively seeking the next generation of
Enterprise Sales Development Representatives to join our team, with a specific focus on the DACH region.

What would you do?:
- Proactively generate sales leads
- Identify opportunities by understanding customer needs and processes
- Craft compelling narratives to engage potential clients and maintain contact through networking
- Build and educate Syncron executives on potential opportunities in region
- Collaborate across departments to enhance lead generation
- Develop sales strategies through thorough research and analysis.
Who you are? / What we expect:
- 2 years of sales or business development experience, focusing on enterprise software
- SaaS solutions experience preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 20% travel to support conferences & executive events.
- Strong skills in lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, and closing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to engage with highlevel executives confidently.
- Fluency in German and English
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
