- Du arbeitest an der Gestaltung von F&E-Verträgen mit (Prüfung, Recherche, Fertigung von Entwürfen und Ablage).
- Du verfolgst die Kommunikation mit Kund*innen und Partner*innen und bereitest Schriftsätze vor.
- Außerdem erstellst und bearbeitest Du Vertragsmuster und Formulare.
- Auch die Büroorganisation, u.a. die Pflege des Ablagesystems gehört zu Deinen Aufgaben.
- Zuletzt bist Du zuständig für das Einpflegen von Daten in unser Betriebssystem SAP.
- Du bist eingeschriebene*r Student*in im Studiengang Rechtswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsrecht oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
- Du konntest bereits erste Arbeitserfahrung sammeln, und hast idealerweise Kenntnisse im (internationalen) Vertragsrecht.
- Du kannst Dich problemlos in organisatorische Strukturen einordnen und Du genießt es im Team zusammen zu arbeiten.
- Du überzeugst mit Deiner zuverlässigen und selbststrukturierten Arbeitsweise.
- Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse sowie Kenntnisse im Umgang mit XML und der Erstellung von Websites sind von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich.
- Du konntest Deine sehr guten Deutsch- und guten Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift bereits erfolgreich unter Beweis stellen.

Das Contract Management ist als Teil des "Forschungsmanagements" die zentrale Servicestelle für die Gestaltung von F&E-Verträgen am Fraunhofer ISE. Du lernst bei uns die Tätigkeiten eines Vertragsjuristen/einer Vertragsjuristin in einer international tätigen Forschungs- und Entwicklungseinrichtung kennen. Dabei sammelst Du erste Erfahrungen in der projektbezogenen Vertragsgestaltung und erhältst Einblicke in die Kommunikation mit Fördermittelgebenden, Forschungspartner*innen und Kund*innen. Eine gute Arbeitsatmosphäre in einem kooperativen Team rundet Dein Arbeitsumfeld ab.

Die Vergütung richtet sich nach dem Abschlussgrad der Hochschulausbildung. Die monatliche Arbeitszeit soll 30 Stunden betragen.
