As the Director of Operations at Enpal, you will lead a team of operations professionals, playing a pivotal role in various strategic initiatives.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Lead and inspire a team of operations professionals, fostering a collaborative and highperformance culture.
Oversee and enhance numerous microprocesses necessary to deliver financial solutions such as KYB and KYC, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Implement and maintain rigorous quality management processes with regards to pv systems and heatpumps
Contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans in a Blitzscaling context, aligning operations with overall company objectives.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the operations function to enhance overall productivity.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless coordination and integration of operations activities.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence in operations.

Qualifications
We are seeking a dynamic individual with the following qualifications:

Proven experience in leading and managing teams in operations, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strategic mindset with the ability to align operations with broader company goals and contribute to the company's growth.
Familiarity with microprocesses in a financial environment and related compliance requirements.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform strategic decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal teams and stakeholders.
Fluency in German and English.
