You are hired under a permanent contract by BNP Paribas Corporate & Institutional Banking to join the European Corporate Group (ECG), part of the Corporate Coverage EMEA (CCEMEA).

The programme offers a 12-month rotational path that will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of our organisation and valuable exposure to different areas within the bank.


Key programme highlights:

  • Induction and trainings in Paris and Lisbon
  • Corporate Coverage Rotation for 6 months: Gain handson experience by working closely with the Corporate Coverage in one of our 8 Coverage Teams across Germany (Frankfurt, Cologne, Munich, Nuremberg, Stuttgart, Berlin, Hamburg or Hanover)
  • Transaction Banking Rotation for 5 months: Immerse yourself in the world of Transaction Banking in Zurich, Switzerland, gaining valuable insights into this critical area of our businessAfter successfully completing the programme, you will join the Corporate Coverage EMEA team as an Analyst, equipped with a solid foundation for future growth and career advancement.
You will quickly take on responsibilities via this immersive rotational path structured around diversified missions. Throughout this programme, a buddy will facilitate your integration and you will benefit from a dedicated HR support. Finally, you will join a learning community to share and grow collectively in a co-development approach.


As a Corporate Coverage Graduate, you will support the Corporate Coverage Team in the management and development of the relationships with their clients.

Joining CCEMEA is a unique way to integrate the BNP Paribas world, to discover all the Bank's capabilities and capacities to support and advise EMEA corporates, while acquiring strong technical and commercial skills which will be key assets for a future evolution within the largest European bank.


Challenges that let you grow during your rotations (depending on the specific departments you will work in as a graduate):

  • Contributing to the development and profitability of the client relationship in connection with the Managing Directors, Directors and Vice Presidents
  • Supporting them in the preparation & follow up of the Strategic Business Review and other actions necessary to ensure a strong commercial dialogue between the Client and the Bank
  • Coordinating the subsidiaries of the Multinational Corporations
  • Being active in the analysis and selection of the bank's risk exposure, thereby contributing to the sustainability of the business model
  • Being responsible for monitoring the overall risks and credit process of a portfolio of Pilot Groups
  • Providing a deep dive analysis of the Compliance-Know Your Customer check and Environmental & Social Governance (ESG) of your clients
  • Identifying potential risk (amongst which image and reputation for BNPP) when entering into relation respective when providing financing to a client
    Skills that convince:
  • A bachelor or master degree in finance, economics or accounting
  • Good knowledge of the corporate banking environment via a previous internship or work experience related to corporate banking or corporate finance
  • Attention to details with a solid knowledge of business model & financial analysis
  • Business appetite with an acute sense of risk and energy
  • Perspective and sense of priority and strategy, matching the clients' and the bank interests
  • Flexibility and eagerness to improve your own performance
