Tasks

As a Technical Entrepreneur in Residence (CTO), your mission is to contribute to the concept and lead the delivery of a new Almedia product from the technical and entrepreneurial side: writing the code, setting up the team and ensuring the delivery in a truly iterative manner.

You will get it from 0 to 1 and then scale-up. You will pair up with a Product counterpart and jointly make it a success.

Your responsibilities will be:

Be fully responsible for the development, launch and maintenance of the product from day one.
Collaborate closely with your product counterpart to define and prioritize features, and be responsible for the full product development cycles.
Develop the product independently both on Backend and Frontend. And build your team.
Drive technical strategy and architecture decisions, ensuring scalability, robustness, and maintainability of the product.
Take ownership of critical technical issues and provide timely solutions. You value quick learning and fast iterations.

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in developing a mobile product from scratch on a Co
founder level and bringing it live with significant independence and responsibility.
8+ years of overall experience in the tech environment: tech development, product, or user acquisition.
5+ years of professional experience in tech development and passion for writing clean and modular code.
Strong proficiency in Backend and Frontend technologies, particularly TypeScript, and React.
Proven track record of leading technical teams in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Entrepreneurial mindset, passion for innovation and a drive to create exceptional products.
