• The person is the Head of Supply Chain Department with integrated Customer Service
• Responsible for an efficient Supply Chain Management
• Achieve company goals in a timely manner with focus on the best costs
• The person is responsible to build up a structure of the department and manage the people and tasks in the department
• Responsible for the process of serving the sales entity's clients
• Responsible for the logistics process in the company (transport, warehouses)
• Manages the customer service and logistics team
• The person is responsible for coordinating current activities between the central order processing and Logistics
• Responsible for the claim process in the Company
• Coordination of current activities and tasks between the local entity and Supply Chain and Customer Service other entities

• Achieve speed, flexibility and efficiency in the whole supply chain process
• Efficient supply chain management
• Identifies risks, solve operational problems and takes action to prevent these problems from occurring in the future
• Supervises efficient distribution in accordance with orders
• Identifies risks, solves operational problems and takes action to prevent these problems from occurring in the future
• Leads the process of refused goods
• Supervises the implementation of delivery schedules in order to guarantee fast and save delivery of the goods
• Oversees Customer Service and logistics activities for the closing of the month regarding sales and warehouse
• Approves cost invoices for logistics department, cost control
• Provides complete and uptodate process documentation
• He cooperates with other departments in the field of Customer Service and Logistics in order to increase the efficiency of processes and address identified problems
• Substantively supports the team in explaining the most difficult issues in the area of Customer Service and Logistics, including those related to the system
• Coordination of information flow between Supply Chain Department and other departments
• Leads improvements project in Supply Chain area

• Min. 5 years of experience in Supply Chain as a Supply Chain Manager / Director
• Experience in FMCG logistic
• Customer Service Experience
• Experience in Logistics, Inventory Management and Warehousing
• Able to execute strategy, transfer strategy into plans and action
• Strong team building, decisionmaking and people management skills
• Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams
• Experience in forecasting, planning, optimization
• Analytical thinking, problem solving skills
• English and German is a must
• Willing to travel
