**Enterprise Integration Architect (f/m/d)
Essity is seeking to accelerate its use of technology integration both internally and externally.

Internally, there are large opportunities to better manage integrations that support Master Data, Transactional Data and Content and enable better use of Analytics, Big Data, IoT and Social capabilities to achieve the strategic priorities of profitable growth, innovation and efficiency.

Externally, Essity will significantly increase the use of technology integration to engage, sell to and service the end consumer of our products.

To strengthen our capabilities in the Enterprise Architecture domain, we are searching for an Integration Architect to support program related increases in demand.

About the Role:

An Enterprise Integration Architect is an experienced leader that is responsible for the Integration Architecture Strategy and drives the conceptual and logical integration designs across the Enterprise.

They ensure that integration architecture designs, their quality and its governance are developed and disseminated for use in execution.

The primary objective is to drive technology integration standardization and simplification that enables Essity to have fully integrated, quality solutions in the IT landscape.

The Enterprise Integration Architect is a part of the Enterprise Architecture network.

This role can operate out of various locations near an Essity office.

What You Will Do:

S hould define the API's features, as well as its expected security setup, scalability and monetization. The API architect sets best practices, standards and metrics for API use.
Act as an evangelist for Enterprise Integration Architecture in Essity IT keep up with latest integration architecture thinking and translate this into valuable change for Essity IT.
Input to the overall Essity IT Strategy and Enterprise Architecture Roadmaps, from a technical Integration Architecture perspective.
Be responsible for the overall design and governance of Integration Architecture, ensuring it supports identified technology trends, such as analytics, cloud and social.
Lead the holistic development of the integration architecture capability through the Centre for Enablement (C4E), standards and principles as well as conceptual and logical models that enable efficient use of technical integration internally and externally and in alignment with the IT Strategy.
Advise stakeholders and other architects on the development of the integration strategy and designs that enable progress toward the future state.
Be overall responsible for the quality of Integration Reference Architectures.
Help business and IT to understand how integration architecture and its management enables profitable growth, innovation and efficiency.
Influence and support projects relating to Enterprise Architecture Integration.

Who You Are:

University degree in computer science, management information systems, or related discipline.
Handson experience enabling APIs on Microsoft Azure, Mulesoft or similar platform.
Indepth experience in designing and implementing integration solutions for large enterprises.
Handson experience implementing integration architecture, including supporting integration platforms in the SAP and/or Microsoft space is preferred.
A "thought leader" outlook helping people to deliver.
An ability to leadandinfluence; evangelism, diplomacy and persuasion are key skills.
Ability to work remotely with stakeholders, other architects, integration developers and service providers.
Fluent in English, both written and oral.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to travel.
