In order to support the Business Management team, Airbus Operations is looking for a

Working student Business Management Supply Chain & Logistics
(d/f/m):

Location: Hamburg-Finkenwerder
Start:
Duration: 12 months with possibility to extend the contract and / or thesis (bachelor / master)

The team is in charge of:

resource management
Budget planning & controlling
Risk Management
Performance Management
Resilience & Business Continuity for logistics & transportation
Sustainability roadmap (CO2, waste,...)

Definition working student:

Working students are students who are enrolled at a University or some other institution of higher education, and who are employed in a reasonably long, fixed-term position parallel to their studies.

This position must not be confused with an internship or with the possibility of writing a final thesis.

This employment usually takes place directly on the company's premises.

A working student's main focus remains on their studies, which is why, during term-time, working students are not allowed to work more than 20 hours per week.

Working students therefore usually work near their place of study, so as to conveniently combine studying and employment.

Your location:

You will be working at the largest production site for civil aircraft situated in Hamburg. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe includes the option to commute by ferry. Experience the special flair of Hamburg in your spare time where vibrant cosmopolitan culture meets nautic legacy.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

Supporting the Resource and Performance Management for Airbus Logistics and Supply Chain
Develop job profile roadmap and connections with universities
Work on demographic roadmap and replacement strategy
Support identification and cross site (Airbus in Europe) best practices on resource management
Support performance managers on performance and risk reviews

Desired skills and qualifications:

Enrolled full time student (d/f/m) within engineering, business management, human resources or social sciences or similar field of study
Interested to work in an international team and regular meetings in English (Spanish / French, German a plus)
English: fluent
You are a good team player, have excellent communication skills, and are able to work independently.
