Skeleton has grown from 4 to over 300 people and raised 200 million euros in financing to scale up manufacturing and execute the ambitious technology roadmap from high-energy supercapacitors to SuperBatteries -
technologies that enable electrification on a global scale.

We are looking for
an addition to our Talent Acquisition team who truly believes that the world needs Special Forces to fight climate change and reduce CO2 emissions.

Although, this is currently a maternity leave replacement, we are growing fast and the potential join us for longer period is highly likely to happen

You would be covering the full-cycle recruitment projects:

Prepare onboarding activities for People Business Partners.
Support and train the hiring managers in the recruitment process.
Being proactively involved with development projects for improving recruitment (assessment process, ATS, etc.).
Supporting employer branding initiatives and activities, working closely with marketing and the rest of the people department (campaigns, marketing channels, etc.).

Requirements:

You are a good fit for the team if you can tick off the following boxes:

You have previously covered all the steps in the recruitment process (at least 2 years of experience in recruitment).
You are curious not only about people but also about their motivation and their fit into our agile and fastpaced company culture.
You are more of a doer than a talker you want to deliver results.
You feel confident in negotiations and getting to know the core reasons.
You are fluent in English and German.
Willingness to travel to our office location twice a month.
