POSITION TITLE:

Working Student - Supply Chain Management

(M/F/d)

LOCATION:

Garching near Munich, Germany
:

The working student will support the Supply Chain Performance and/or D2C (Direct to Consumer) Team. This includes project updates for a group wide Cost Saving Program. As well as KPI reporting, deep-dive analysis, conclusion setting, and meeting preparation will be part of the role.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collect project updates from project managers across the brands and functions
Deep-Dive Analysis to make project success transparent & to prove financial impact of projects/program
Preparation of meetings & workshops on management level
Support of Inventory (Digital & Physical) & Demand optimization
Developing & interpreting various Supply Chain EndtoEnd KPIs
Support the Omnichannel process development

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:

Strong interest in ecommerce and D2C business models
Planning & organizing talent
Holistic business understanding
Business Acumen

YOUR PROFILE:

Business studies; ideally in the master's program with focus on Supply Chain Management, Finance or Business
First experiences (e.g., internships or working student activities) in the areas of Supply Chain, own Retail, E-Com, Finance or Operations are beneficial
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make datadriven decisions, while capturing the big picture
Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication
Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects assigned, while demonstrating a team player attitude
Strong IT skills (MS Office Package, SAP beneficial)
Solid presentation skills and the ability to advice leadership
Fluency in English spoken & written mandatory / German is a plus
